Veni Biosulfur 700 SC Sulphur Fungicide and Miticide (1 Litre)

Veni Biosulfur 700 SC is a sulphur-based fungicide and miticide from Koppert. It is meant for the control of Persea mites on avocados, which makes it a direct fit for avocado growers. It comes as a suspension concentrate (SC), so it mixes easily with water for spraying.

Best used in

• Avocado orchards with Persea mite pressure
• Nurseries and young trees where mites damage leaves
• IPM programmes alongside monitoring tools such as Horiver sticky traps

Usage tips

• Read the label before using, and follow the dosage and timing on it.
• Scout regularly for Persea mites (look under leaves for webbing and brown or bronzed patches) and spray when pressure appears.
• Spray with good coverage, including the underside of leaves. Repeat application after 7 days for effective control.
• Avoid spraying in very hot weather, as sulphur can scorch plants.
• Wear protective clothing, gloves and a mask when mixing and spraying.
